The MSA 220 T has excellent power-to-weight ratio, making it comfortable to use over long periods of time. It is compact and perfectly balanced in its design – when used with the AP 300 S battery, it counterbalances the guide bar for effortless control and reduced wrist strain. With an easy-to-clean air filter for long service life and optimum engine cooling, excellent cutting performance, side-mounted chain tensioning, tool-free oil tank cap, captive nut on the sprocket cover. Fitted as standard with the 1.3mm 3/8” P PS3 saw chain and Light P04 guide bar for increased performance. Like most AP System tools, the MSA 220 T is IPX4 rated meaning it can be used in all types of weather conditions. With a fully charged AP 300 S battery, the MSA 220 T has a working time of up to 29 minutes. The AP 300 S battery provides the best balance to weight ratio for the MSA 220 T. For a longer working time of 34 minutes, you can use the AP 500 S battery - although this will affect the balance. Must be used with AP 300 S or AP 500 S battery for full performance.
